SunCore Peoria Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and related outdoor living construction services to residential customers in Peoria, Arizona and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and project feasibility as determined by our team during consultation and site evaluation.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of inspection and consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change. We provide detailed written estimates before beginning any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments made at specified milestones and final payment due upon project completion and your satisfaction.

Scheduling and Timeline

Project timelines provided are estimates based on typical conditions. Actual completion times may vary due to weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any significant changes to your project timeline as soon as we become aware of them. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during scheduled work hours to allow us to complete the project.

Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and extended timelines. Change orders require approval from both parties before work proceeds. We reserve the right to recommend modifications to the plan if we discover structural, code, or safety issues during construction.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty on labor and workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to you and are subject to each manufacturer's specific terms and conditions. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Permits and Compliance

We will obtain all necessary permits required for your project as specified in your contract. You are responsible for ensuring we have access to accurate property surveys and homeowner association documentation if applicable. All work will be completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Final inspection and approval by local authorities is required before project completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunCore Peoria Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in your contract. Generally, if you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed, materials ordered, and reasonable cancellation fees. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend work if payments are not received as agreed or if site conditions make it unsafe or impossible to proceed.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
